Districts

The Northwest Association is divided into four districts for clergy collegiality and support.  Each Distict meets about eight times a year for about two hours.  After catching up with each other for a few minutes, the time is divided between Bible study and a program presented by one of the clergy.  These programs vary widely -- from concerns and brainstorming about parish concerns to discussion of theological topics to . . . you name it.

Installations and ordinations are normally held on a District basis, as well. Although the entire Association is always invited, a special request is made to pastors and laypersons from churches in the District to attend and celebrate our covenants.
